To accommodate Troy's growing Innovation District, the Bryce Companies will be demolishing the south portion of the Troy Atrium, which has long been an eyesore, and constructing a five floor apartment building. The ground floor will have parking and retail.

The second and third floors of the Market Block had been vacant and gutted for decades. With large, open Victorian ballrooms, the property offered a lot of potential. After a significant redevelopment, including adding kitchens, offices, conference rooms, and a gym, the building is home to Warner Bros New York and Velan Studios.
